Does my child need Vitamin D?
Yes! We all need Vitamin D. Cholecalciferol (otherwise known as D3) is produced when the skin is exposed to direct sunlight. We do not get enough sun in Canada or North America and we can't get enough from our food. Vitamin D3 then helps the body to absorb Calcium which is essential for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D also plays an important role in immune support and the sleep cycle. There have also been studies showing a direct correlation with Vitamin D levels and mental wellbeing. 600IU per day is recommended for kids age 1+ and one gummy or spray per day delivers this.

I liked the easy of use of the spray and think it will be something fun for when our child is older to use to be involved in their routine. It’s good to know that they are getting their daily dose of vitamin D to help support their development of bones, teeth and also helps to build immune function.

Ok so I always disliked the droppers as kids are impatient and it would sometimes miss and so much product would get wasted. So love that it's an easy 1 spray quick and efficient. The taste is kid approved so that is a huge bonus.

These give me a little consolation that nutrition was provided on Dad's night to cook (aka McDonalds). The kids love them.
Well so far I can tell that my daughter loves it because it's quick and easy ,I just spray it into her mouth once a day without difficulties of encouraging her to take it. It also tastes great with its yummy strawberry spritz flavour .

My son loves the apple crush flavour! It’s a nice change of flavour and delicious consistency compared to what’s normally on the shelf. Very high quality vitamins!!
