I give vitamin D every day after meals. My little one presses it and sprays it herself. She loves the strawberry flavor and that she does it herself. It's cold and flu season now, and vitamin D is more important than ever for little ones.

I liked the easy of use of the spray and think it will be something fun for when our child is older to use to be involved in their routine. Ok so I always disliked the droppers as kids are impatient and it would sometimes miss and so much product would get wasted. So love that it's an easy 1 spray quick and efficient. The taste is kid approved so that is a huge bonus.
